When you purchase a course, payment is required to process the order. You pay the published price for the courses for which you want to purchase access. All payments are processed through secure payment methods. We do not store your payment information.

4. Disclaimer:

Learn hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Afriwork Learn does not guarantee that the
Platform will be available at all times or that its operation will be error-free. Access to the Platform may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Afriwork Learn is not responsible for any errors or interruptions in our platform.
5. Limitation of Liability:
Except to the extent prohibited by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Afriwork Learn harmless from any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access to, and use of, the Platform, including attorney's fees and related costs incurred in litigation or arbitration, whether or not such litigation or arbitration is initiated. Afriwork Learn is found liable for any reason, our liability will not exceed the total amount you paid to Afriwork Learn for the products or services in question. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for consequential or punitive damages. Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Afriwork Learn reserves the right, in its discretion, and without cause or liability, to terminate your account or use of the Platform at any time upon written notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before proceeding to court, unless otherwise required by law. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled by the courts of Ethiopia. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede any prior agreements, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
