My name is Samrawit Tarekegn, and I am the founder and CEO of Mogzit In-Home Care. Our tech startup aims to connect caregivers with parents and care seekers. With more than four years of experience in the child care industry, our platform, Mogzit.com, has successfully created job opportunities for over 500 caregivers and nannies.

During my time in the industry, I recognized a significant challenge: the lack of comprehensive training for nannies that meets industry standards. To tackle this, Mogzit has launched training courses for over 250 caregivers, providing them with essential skills and knowledge. We've also partnered with Muyalogy to offer a specialized course for parents and individuals aspiring to be professional caregivers. After completing this course and submitting their final proposal, participants will be fully equipped to take on various caregiving roles, whether full-time, part-time, or on-demand.
